for our kids; it is a second home.  The KinderCare team

has patiently and lovingly helped our kids to become thoughtful, respectful, creative and inquisitive little people.  Taking the lead from the children, activities are designed around experiences that allow the kids to investigate and explore the world around them, developing critical thinking skills and a true sense of discovery.  They are in frequent communication with us regarding our children's development, building meaningful connections with our whole family which really helps to promote a sense of belonging.  We know that when our kids are at KinderCare they are not

Our Preschool Program Provides

​

  • An enriching environment for 2½ to 4 year olds

  • The perfect stepping stone between home and kindergarten

  • Warm, caring educators who work closely with families to build strong connections between home and daycare

  • A great place to make friends, learn to share, resolve conflicts and develop communication skills

  • Routines and scheduling that provide structure as well as incorporate flexibility and plenty of free choice for children

  • Open-ended art and dramatic play opportunities to encourage creativity and expression

  • Small group activities that promote literacy and numeracy

  • Active, outdoor play that is essential to healthy child development

  • A fun introduction to French through music and songs, movement, stories and more

  • Intake visits and mid-year meetings with families to review goals and expectations and discuss their child's overall well being, learning and development

  • Individual portfolios that include artwork, learning stories and other documentation pertaining to the child’s development

  • Minimum educator to child ratio of 1:8

Preschool Program

               Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.             

 

      *Program runs 12 months of the year, excluding 2 week 

Christmas break and 2 week summer shutdown
